Just thinkin'

So here I am, doin' nuttin' on a Friday night. I am getting tired of the doom and gloom that pervades every conversation, every blog post, or every news-cast. The world is not going to end because we have a weak socialist President. The world is not going to end because the stock market crashed. We are going to live, and we are going to find happiness in the small stuff again. We are going to smile at our kids, we are going to tell our parents thanks, and we are going to acknowledge our friends more often. We are going to gather for no reason, we are going to help one another, and we are going to come out of this stronger than ever.

Mark my words, America is not dying, Americans are simply re-charging.

AMEN! I'm tired of all the doom and gloom BS too, but it keeps me charged. Yes, we're gonna come out alright Stonemason. Everything has it's balance, and The United States is hands down the very best on the tight rope...

It doesn't hurt to get angry and pissed off sometimes though either. That is what has sustained us as Americans.

The anger is needed to point us in the right direction, I agree. People who never were involved are now involved, that is the reason I know we will come out stronger.

And...I heard my first case of buyers remorse last night, the first "I wish I hadn't voted for him."

Keep fighting, fight happy though, not fatalistic!
